Sun Dried Tomato with Rosemary and Garlic

We start with our signature 36 hour sourdough, then add tangy sweet sun dried tomatoes. Finely minced Rosemary and brown butter roasted garlic round out this Tuscan Classic. This loaf is a perfect compliment to Bistecca alla Fiorentina — thick, grilled Florentine-style T-bone steak, or by itself with a crisp Chianti.
