Sourdough S'Mores Cookie

Our S'mores cookies start with our upgraded Chocolate Chip cookie recipe with a little twist in the S'More process where we use Bischoff Cookes instead of graham crackers. All of our cookies are baked in a stone bread oven to crisp the bottoms while allowing the middle to stay soft and gooey.
