Sourdough S'Mores Cookie

Our S'mores cookies start as a simple Chocolate Chip cookie recipe with a few upgrades. The first upgrade is using browned butter we make from cream from our local dairy. Our next upgrade is in the S'More process where we use Bischoff Cookes instead of graham crackers. The final upgrade is in the bake room where the cookies are baked in a stone bread oven to crisp the bottoms while allowing the S'mellos and chocolate chips stay gooey in the middle.
