Classic Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

We start with our Sourdough brioche recipe for just a hint of tanginess, then we add the "The Schmear", (cinnamon, butter made from fresh Brookfield Dairy cream and fresh local eggs). We Roll it out, we add the schear, roll it up, cut it, and let it grow for 36 hours before baking it. Then we top it with Carmel (if requested). Cream cheese frosting is also available free upon request
