Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies

We start with a simple Chocolate Chip cookie recipe and make a few upgrades. The first upgrade is using browned butter we make from cream from our local dairy. Our next upgrade is in the bake room where the cookies are baked in a stone bread oven to crisp the bottoms while allowing the chocolate chips to stay gooey in the middle.
