Sourdough Jalapeno /Cheddar Loaf

Handcrafted with unbleached, unbromated non-GMO flour and a slow fermentation process. This loaf offers a crisp crust and a tender, crumb with just a bit of heat and a smooth cheddar flavor that’s perfect for any meal.

NOTE: We use high quality pickled jalapeños. We find that the flavor and heat is consistent from loaf to loaf. The vinegar pickling process alleviates bacteriological issues that can arise from using fresh jalapeños.
