Parmesan Basil Garlic

Another Franco-Italian blend that starts with our classic sourdough, that gets infused with grated Parmesan Cheese, fresh organic basil and brown butter roasted garlic. This pairs nicely with many of the Roman non-pasta dishes such as Saltimbocca alla Romana — veal cutlets with prosciutto and sage in a white-wine sauce. Save a little Frascati to enjoy with the bread alone.
